Another shining example of why professional NBA official, Joey Crawford, is simply terrible at what he does.  There are two scenarios here:

1) He’s old, senile, out of shape, and mailing it in.  When you watch the below footage, you have to wonder if he’s even watching the play, or just zoned out in a Robitussin-induced stupor.

2) He’s Donaghy-ing the playoffs by giving “his guys” (in this case, Steve Nash) obvious preferential treatment.

Either way, I cannot see how Crawford has not been removed from doing any meaningful game.  The guy is capable of single-handedly affecting the outcome of a game.
